The Relocation Contract is that contract signed by the head of household in which he/she agrees to purchase an existing house or to construct a new house, the owner of such existing house or the builder of the proposed new house agrees to sell or perform the construction, and the Commission agrees to make payments according to such agreement. \[47 FR 17988, Apr. 27, 1982\]
